Returns & Refunds : Not Happy? We’ll Make It Right
Damaged Goods:
If your product arrives damaged, we accept returns within 72 hours of delivery. To process your return, please send an email to hydronovaindia@gmail.com with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
Condition of Return:
The item must be in unused condition, with the original packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Any item returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Pick-Up:
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pick-up of the item from the provided address. Please ensure the item is properly packed for pick-up.
Refund Processing
After receiving the returned item and inspecting it, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Exchanges:
At this time, we are only offering returns for products, not exchanges. If you need a different product or size, we recommend placing a new order.
