Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery:

- Clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Pickup & Shipping
- Once your return is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
Refund Processing
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your
original payment method. - Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account,
depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges & Replacements
- For eligible cases, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement of the same product
