Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Pickup & Shipping

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your
    original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account,
    depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • For eligible cases, you can choose between:
  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement of the same product
